Dry powder could push debt funds into revolving credits

Recent record fund raising from a number of firms seeking to deploy Private Debt strategies has been well documented. The relationship between banks and specialist lenders has arguably blurred, leading to some concern over the amount of 'dry powder' within the asset class. Could the answer for debt funds be, as Deloitte suggests, to try to provide revolving credit facilities themselves?
