CFA's Young Women in Investment Programme

The finance industry continues to make steps in the right direction with regards to diversity. Accessibility for junior talent is a crucial component in creating a diverse workforce. With this in mind, CFA Society UK is offering the Young Women in Investment programme for the second time, having being initiated last year. The programme aims to increase interest and accessibility in the industry for young female talent, entailing an online training platform.

The programme aims to leave a long-term mark on the industry as diversity continues to be a priority across all levels. Allowing and encouraging young women to enter the industry will shape the future of a more diverse industry to come.

CFA Society UK has opened the Young Women in Investment programme for its second year, continuing its campaign to combat the gender gap within the investment industry. Entrants will be taught various investment management concepts, such as regulation and macroeconomic factors, with risk management, portfolio construction, different asset classes and capital markets also featuring.
