With this in mind, CFA Society UK is offering the Young Women in Investment programme for the second time, having being initiated last year. The programme aims to increase interest and accessibility in the industry for young female talent, entailing an online training platform. 

The programme aims to leave a long-term mark on the industry as diversity continues to be a priority across all levels. Allowing and encouraging young women to enter the industry will shape the future of a more diverse industry to come.
