'Hare’s appointment further strengthens Intriva’s asset management team, which works closely with management teams and operational partners across the Intriva portfolio to drive growth and maximise value.
Hare brings more than 12 years’ experience in asset management and property development, and joins from HIG Capital, where he was responsible for the management of its UK and German value-add portfolio and redevelopment initiatives. Prior to that, Hare held roles with Canada Life Investments and DTZ, and holds a MRICS qualification as Chartered Surveyor.
