Data from a survey carried out by Duff & Phelps on 325 directors and investors concluded that commercial real estate investors anticipate up to a 10% fall in property value as a result of coronavirus. Despite this, the degree of pessimism amongst investors is beginning to ebb and it is conjectured that commercial real estate prices are set to recover in 2021.
