A large proportion of the work we undertake at AMC is Continental European Distribution hires across both Institutional and Wholesale channels. Whilst this article throws up some interesting insights, we are experiencing quite the reverse of a sales 'cull', working with many firms to build out high quality distribution teams throughout Europe.
